I just wanted to thank you again for taking time out of your busy schedule to run me back to work Wednesday afternoon. It was so nice of you to do so. I would also like to let you all know how pleasant it is coming to Dr. Allen’s office considering the circumstance of the visit; teeth can be so much fun.
